What’s your turnaround time?
Laundry is typically processed within 24 hours, though air-dried items may take an additional 1-2 days. Dry cleaning requires about 3 business days (excluding weekends). For alterations, basic adjustments take approximately 1 week.

What’s your minimum for pickup & delivery?
The minimum order for delivery is $25. If the order is below this threshold, additional charges may apply.
I have personal inquiries or special requests for my laundry. What should I do?
Simply call/ text or visit us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you have a tailor on-site?
Yes! Our expert tailors, Janet and Bobo, handle all alterations and repairs in-store.
Do you have a store policy regarding claims?
Yes, while we handle all garments with care, any claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Do you do all your cleaning on-site?
Wash & fold is processed off-site at our Lower Manhattan facility, while dry cleaning is handled by our trusted partner plant.
How will I know when my order is ready?
Your pickup date is printed on your receipt. If you wonder whether your order is ready earlier, feel free to contact us.
Are you eco- friendly?
Yes! We use biodegradable detergents, high-efficiency machines, and partner with eco-friendly dry cleaners who use non-toxic, solvent-free methods instead of traditional chemicals like perc to reduce our environmental impact.
