Stain Policy
We strive to remove stains but cannot guarantee complete removal. To ensure the best results, please inspect your garments and follow these guidelines:
-
Check all pockets for items such as pens, makeup, crayons, or anything containing liquids/oils before dropping off your clothes. We are not responsible for damages caused by these items during cleaning.
-
For wash and fold laundry, garments are not inspected individually. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any stains or damages before drop-off.
-
For dry cleaning, we will do our best to treat stains brought to our attention. Untreated stains may not be removed.
-
Care labels: We follow manufacturer instructions, but if a garment lacks a care label, it is cleaned at the customer's own risk.
-
In the event of color bleeding or shrinkage, the garment is under the obligation of the original manufacturer or place of purchase, as we are not responsible for how the garment was dyed or treated prior to our care.
Ensuring Transparency and Care for Your Garments
-
Items for Dry Cleaning:
We assume all items left by a customer for dry cleaning are dry-cleanable.
-
Specialty Items:
Items such as blankets, comforters, rugs, bed covers, and pillows are charged per piece, not by weight. These items must be separated from wash and fold laundry and placed in a separate bag.
-
Restricted Items:
Articles such as shoes or boots are not allowed to be mixed with wash and fold laundry.
-
Damages or Missing Items:
Due to circumstances beyond our control, once an order is picked up, we cannot be responsible for damages or missing items. Please check all items carefully upon receiving your order.
-
Unclaimed Items:
Items left at the store for over 30 days will no longer be the responsibility of the store.
-
Objects Left in Garments:
While we do our best to inspect garments, we are not responsible for items left in pockets or any damage they may cause during the cleaning process.
-
Buttons, Zippers, and Ornaments:
We are not responsible for buttons, belts, elastics, buckles, ornaments, or zippers that may be damaged during cleaning.
-
Damaged Garments:
If a garment is damaged during the dry cleaning process, we will assess the issue and contact you within one week. If we are responsible for the damage, compensation will be limited to 6 times the cleaning cost and be refunded through store credit only.
For wash and fold, please note that we do not inspect each garment individually and therefore cannot verify their pre-cleaning condition. Consequently, no refunds will be issued for damages. Additionally, we cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, or shrinkage, nor against damage to weak or tender fabrics.
